Returns on Standard Items:
14-day consideration; excludes mattresses, box springs, and adjustable foundations. Returned items must be in new condition. The refund will include the cost of furniture and tax. We do not refund delivery fees. The return includes a local pickup service. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Note: We will inspect the furniture in your home before picking it up. The furniture must be in new condition. Please allow 7-10 days following receipt of the returned items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason, including but not limited to smoke, animal odor and mess, scratches, dents etc.
Note: We do not offer a rental service; if you purchase it for the big game or special event, you own it.
Returns on Discount/Discontinued or floor models:
Excluding manufacturing defects or damage through shipping, there are no refunds on floor models or clearance items. Please inspect the product you are purchasing.
Returns for Mattresses and Foundations:
Mattresses and Foundations may only be returned if delivered damaged or later found to be defective. If your mattress or foundation is delivered damaged, contact us immediately. Defects discovered more than 72 hours after the mattress or foundation was delivered may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Please see product warranty for details.
Return Requirements:
To receive the total amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged. Please note return shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Policy Statements:
Local Driveway Delivery:
Local driveway delivery includes up to a 20-mile travel radius. We will deliver the furniture to your driveway. The customer is responsible for unpacking, assembling, and placing the furniture in its new location.
Delivery and Assembly with Placement:
Delivery and Assembly are determined on an individual basis. Please see store for details.
Existing Furniture:
AWF Interiors does not move existing furniture. Please have your home ready to receive new furniture.
